The executive chef is Filam (Filipino-American) Chef/Owner, Denis David, who has over 20 years restaurant experience.
They use Eco-friendly disposables and mostly all of our dishes are made from scratch. Ask us which ones are not and we will be happy to tell you.
Boondock is a Filipino word brought to the U.S. by American Soldiers stationed in the Philippines.
This word means mountain or rural area, hence Boondock BBQ in Rural Harper’s Ferry!
